Concert Season Performances

The Youth Symphony of Southern Oregon organization presents multi-performance Concert Series in the fall,
winter and spring.
A list of performances for the 2025-2026 Concert Season is below.
For information about Concert Series performances, please use the links in the menu on the left to read about the concerts, musicians, and featured music. As concert repertoire and other details are finalized, information will be updated.
In addition to Concert Series performances, the YSSO presents performances of chamber music featuring string quartets, mixed ensembles, and woodwind and brass groups. Chamber Music Series performances are presented in in community settings. The 2025-2026 season Chamber Music Series concerts take place in December.
Eligible advanced Youth Symphony musicians will participate in an annual Concerto Competition. Each year the public is invited to attend the performance by the YSSO musicians. The 2026 Concerto Competition will take place at 7:30 p.m. on January 26, 2026, at the Oregon Center for the Arts Music Recital Hall at Southern Oregon University in Ashland.
The YSSO will present Community Outreach
Concerts at the Rogue Valley
Manor (for residents of the Manor) as well.
