Tuition and Fees

The tuition and fee structure is determined and approved by the governing board of the Youth Symphony of Southern Oregon organization. The non-refundable 2023-2024 tuition follows:

Youth Symphony - $425
Youth Orchestra - $400

Each eligible Concerto Competition participant will pay a $25 non-refundable fee. This fee and other fees (such as retreat/extended rehearsal fees and others) may not be included in an application for a partial/full tuition waiver. Although full tuition assistance may be available upon submission of a request and approval by the YSSO, musicians who receive full tuition assistance must pay a registration fee of $25. Musicians who request partial tuition assistance pay the balance of the tuition.

Required registration forms and releases (including forms for the optional Chamber Music Series and the optional Concerto Competition) are posted on the YSSO website.
