Spring 2013 Concert Series Call Times


Call times for the Spring 2013 Concert Series performances are listed below.  The call time is when musicians are expected to be on stage (or other designated area), tuned and ready to play. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the call time to unpack and tune. 

Photographs will be taken during the pre-concert rehearsals. 
Please wear required Concert Dress.

If you borrow a tie, shirt or skirt belonging to the YSSO, please return the item(s).

MUSICIANS ARE EXPECTED TO BE IN CONCERT DRESS
AND ON TIME


ATTENDANCE/ABSENCES

If a Youth Symphony or Youth Orchestra musician is unable to attend a rehearsal or concert, he/she must contact Cynthia Hutton (541-488-8471, 541-552-6546 or hutton@sou.edu) well in advance. In addition, please send an e-mail concerning the absence to the YSSO organization office well before the rehearsal. No one will receive telephone calls or e-mail messages at SOU or at the YSSO office in the evening.

Saturday, May 18 - 6:30 p.m.
Performing Arts Center, Grants Pass High School

Sunday, May 19 - 2:00 p.m.
Craterian Theater, Medford
(please go to the Studio on the second floor)

Please be seated, tuned and ready to rehearse at the times noted above.

ATTENDANCE

If a Youth Strings musician cannot attend a rehearsal or a concert, he/she must contact Faina Podolnaya (541-482-3780; fainap1@charter.net) in advance.  Please send a copy of e-mail correspondence concerning any absence to the YSSO office. No one will receive telephone calls or e-mail messages at the YSSO office in the evening or on the weekend.
